Aisha Jamila Hinds, an American actress who is best known for her roles in TV series The Shield and True Blood. The versatility of her character has been shown in TV series including 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 8-7 and Under the Dome since she first made an appearance acting in 2003. Her performance in Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first to catch her notice. However, it was her performance of the feminist Fannie Louis Hamer, in the biography film All the Way, which brought her the recognition she earned as an actress. Hind has also been acknowledged for her performance in the role she played in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television have renewed the series' third season. Hind recently wrapped up shooting on the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters and will be released in the middle of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj passed away in March of 2017 after a long career as a scientist for India's Army. Vrinda, her mother is a domestic worker. Aditya Rai, the older brother, is a marine merchant engineer. The brother of Bachchan wrote and produced Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mother. The family moved to Mumbai in the city, where she was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir. She finished her secondary education at Jai Hind College for a year before enrolling at D.G. Ruparel College in Matunga where she was awarded a 99% mark on the H.S.C. exams. When she was in her teens she spent five years studying classical music as well as dancing. Her favorite subject was zoology. Bachchan took a course in Architecture after she was crowned Miss World. She was catapulted into modeling's high-end lane after being awarded the name. She was awarded lucrative contracts with Vogue magazine and PepsiCo Inc. and the L'Oreal Paris spokesperson contract in 2003. She starred in two celebrated role: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hojaia. Bachchan was the symbol of New Bollywood with these films that challenged Bollywood's fundamental structure. Bachchan became the queen of Bollywood by her heartbreaking performance as Paro, who is the love of her life character in Devdas (2002), one of Bollywood's biggest-hitting movies. Devdas also happened to become the first Bollywood film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. Chokher (2002) was a dramatic version of the Rabindranath Tagore novel Chokher (2003) received much acclaim. The same year, she was also the sole Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan appeared Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice which is a musical and a ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan's star power and beauty was brought to the very first English-language major film. She returned to Bollywood was to be seen in Dhoom: 2 2006 before she made Provoked A True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan is a Bollywood actor and often co-star. Also, he is the son of Amitabh Bachchan.
